Can I pause my membership?

If you need assistance with pausing your membership, you can easily connect with our Customer Success Team by clicking the chat icon located on the right side of your screen. Alternatively, feel free to email us at support@foundr.com for help. 

If you decide to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time through our Member Self-Service Cancellation feature. 

Here's how:

1. Log in to your Foundr+ account at community.foundr.com
2. Click on Manage My Membership in the left sidebar
3. Select Cancel My Membership and choose a reason for cancelling
4. Your cancellation will be processed immediately and you'll see a confirmation on screen
