How can I update my password for Foundr Courses?

If you're having trouble signing in and would like to update your password, follow these step-by-step instructions:

  1. Reset your Circle password here
  2. Enter the same email used for your courses.foundr.com login
  3. Click "Reset my password"
  4. An email entitled "Reset password instructions" will be sent to your inbox
  5. Click on the Change my password button from the email above
  6. Once you change your password, you can log into Circle using your email and your new Circle password

If you do not receive an email to reset your password, below are the steps you can take to resolve this:

  1. Add no-reply@notification.circle.so to your contacts or "safe sender" list to prevent future emails from being blocked or filtered.

  2. Check spam, junk, and other folders:

  * Promotions/Updates/Forums tabs (for Gmail)

  * Focused/Other Inbox sections (for Outlook)

  * Archive folder

  * Any custom filters or rules that might be redirecting emails.
