I cannot move onto the next lesson. What should I do?
Here are the most common reasons this happens and how to fix each one:
1. Mark the current lesson as complete - In the course player, look for the "Mark as Complete" button (or checkbox) at the end of the current lesson. Lessons and modules must be marked complete before the next one unlocks. Make sure to do this for every lesson in order.
2. Check for a prerequisite module - Some courses require you to complete an introductory or orientation module first. If you skipped ahead, go back and complete any earlier modules that are still marked incomplete.
3. Try refreshing or clearing your cache - Occasionally, the platform may not register completion due to a browser issue. Refresh the page, or try clearing your browser cache and reloading the course.
4. Try a different browser - If the issue persists, switching to a different browser (Chrome is recommended) can often resolve it.
