I'd like to request a refund for a course
No problem - here's how our refund policy works depending on what you purchased:
Standalone courses If you purchased a course individually, you're entitled to a full refund for any reason within 14 calendar days of your purchase date. No requirements - just request within the window.
Foundr+ membership If you're a Foundr+ member, you're covered by a 14-day cooling-off period from your subscription start date. Beyond that, the 90-Day Success Guarantee applies - see our Foundr+ refund policy for full details and eligibility requirements.
To request a refund, simply email support@foundr.com with your order details and our Support Team will take care of it as quickly as possible.
