When will I receive my refund?
Once you have received confirmation from our Customer Success team that your refund has been processed, it will typically take 3–5 business days for the funds to return to your original payment method.
Please note that in some cases, it may take up to 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If it has been more than 10 business days and you still haven’t received your refund, please follow up with our support team at support@foundr.com so we can assist you further.
